Future Meet & Greet Planning

Our property in Chelsea can serve as an event venue for the N8DUY meet & greets. We can have a volunteer point-man who would be responsible for assigning volunteer responsibilities and overall planning.
Here is a listing of responsibilities that a point-man could accept volunteers for.

  • I could give admin privileges to edit the N8QM.com website where update information will be.
  • Drive-in Help. Should we use a:
    • repeater?
    • simplex frequency?
• Parking
  • special needs assistance
  • transportation from parking to the campsite
• Food
  • pot luck
  • catered
• Ideas on appropriate activities to enhance interactions attendees.
